The information provided in this Refund Policy is intended to outline the general terms governing purchases, bookings, and session packages at Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be interpreted as such. By enrolling in training sessions, purchasing packages, or participating in academy programs, clients agree to the policies outlined on this page.

Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney to ensure that your understanding of these terms aligns with your rights and obligations under applicable law.

All session bookings, training packages, and academy programs are non-refundable.

Due to limited roster capacity and the structured nature of our training environment, Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy does not offer cash refunds for missed sessions, unused credits, or scheduling conflicts.

By purchasing a session or package, you are reserving a limited training slot that cannot be held for other athletes.

Session packages (Single, 4-session, 8-session, etc.) are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Unused sessions:

• Do not roll over beyond the expiration period.

• Cannot be transferred to another athlete without written approval.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash value.

​

Credits must be applied to scheduled training sessions through the booking system.

Athletes must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

​

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Session credit will be returned.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Session credit will be forfeited.

• No-shows: Session credit will be forfeited.

This policy ensures fairness to other athletes and protects the integrity of roster limits.

Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

​

If space is available in another scheduled session within the package validity period, athletes may rebook using an available credit.

​

Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy does not guarantee availability in alternate sessions.

In the event of a documented injury preventing participation:

• Written medical documentation must be provided.

• Remaining unused session credits may be paused for up to 60 days.

• Refunds will not be issued, but credits may be extended at the discretion of the Academy.

 

Minor illnesses, schedule conflicts, vacations, or non-medical reasons do not qualify for extensions or refunds.

If a session is cancelled by Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy:

• A full credit will be issued.

• No additional compensation will be provided.
