Welcome to Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy (“MGA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking training sessions, purchasing packages, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Participation in Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy programs is intended for youth athletes. All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling an athlete, the parent or guardian represents that they have the legal authority to consent on behalf of the minor participant.

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury

• Strains, sprains, or fractures

• Collisions with other participants

• Equipment-related injuries

By enrolling, participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participation is voluntary, and athletes assume full responsibility for their involvement.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the athlete is medically fit to participate in training.

Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from pre-existing medical conditions or undisclosed health issues.

​

Emergency medical treatment may be sought if necessary.

All session bookings and packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All cancellations, missed sessions, and credit policies are governed by our Refund Policy page.

No refunds will be issued except as specifically outlined in that policy.

Athletes are expected to:

• Follow coaching instructions

• Treat coaches and other athletes with respect

• Maintain appropriate sportsmanship

• Use facility equipment properly

Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

By participating in academy programs, you grant Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy permission to photograph or record training sessions for marketing and promotional purposes, unless written notice is provided in advance requesting exclusion.

No personal identifying information of minors will be published without parental consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of personal property

• Injuries sustained during participation

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable training session or package.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt booking systems.

All content on this site is the property of Masterclass Goalkeeping Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
